My goodest pal, John Pinamonti has finished his 3rd CD, "JP III". His last CD, "High, Wide and Handsome" is the Sh*t! I got my name mentioned on it. This new one might actually be better. I'm lucky he let me play on it. Very nice cover of "Back in the Old Days"! JRB: Lap Steel, Dobro and Baritone guitar

"Stolen Days", the debut release from my new pals, Blake and the Family Dog. I played lap steel and 4 tunes on the CD and am looking forward to playing out with them live, int the near future.

The multi-talented, Queen Esther's first release, "Talking Fishbowl Blues". I play lap steel on the haunting tune"Tasters Choice".

STAND "In a Happy Place"

These guys are based out of Dublin, Ireland and NYC. They are a REAL band and are real gentlemen. It's been an honor getting to know them and play out live with them. I played lap on 2 tunes

This is Robert Burke Warren's 1st CD. He's a great friend and soulmate. I guitar, lap steel and dobro with him regularly as a part of his band. We've grown a lot together over the years.. He's 6'2" and I'm 6'4"
Robert's 2nd CD "Lazy Eye" is almost ready to hit the airwaves. "To This Day..." got lot's of good attention. I think this one's gonna do a lot better. It has some killer songs on it including one we wrote together.
A fine 2nd release from my, soon-to-be-brother-in-law, Todd Adelman. I think he was trying to impress my sister, so he let me play some lap steel and dobro on it. His songs are currently getting airplay in Denver, Co. I look forward to playing more with him in the future
My very dear friend, Grace Millo FINALLY finished her CD "Simply". She's become a great songwriter and this CD shows it. I played guitar, lap and dobro on a couple of tunes. She claims that I've taught and inspired her to play the guitar, but really it's the other way around..
I don't know the gals in Sin and Tonic too well, but they're sweethearts. It was fun playing on this CD. They let me get a little nutty with my dobro, a distortion box and an old busted up amp. The result was some haunting and howlin' feedback. They kept it on the tune.... And I thought I was the crazy one!
John and I met and became friends a couple years back. He's a great guy and has a great sensebility for music. I got to play lap steel on "Stumbling Still Warm" and then in his band, The Wayward Saints, for awhile. He's recently given up being John Washburn and is currently playing around as a plain old W.S. I look forward to hearing their new CD soon!

This is a funny story, but TRUE. A buddy of mine that owned a record label got a hold of a live, Johnny Thunders recording. He knew I had some history with Thunders, less personally but more with his friends and bandmates and...his ghost. The recording was pretty crappy except for Johnny's vocals and lead guitar and the drums. He asked me to play "ghost guitar" on it to fix it up. I was sceptical that it would sound good, but I did have a few years playing with the drummer, Chris Musto, under my belt so what the f*ck? I did it and it sounded F*CK'n great! Then we went and ruined it with fake crowd sounds. Ironically it is actually a pretty good representation of J.T. live. I got a thank you on the record, but no playing credit. Shhhhhhhhhh! It's a secret....

My brief stint in Majorlabeldom. I got a call, one day, from my old, childhood chum and bandmate, John Andriani. EMI records had just offered him a deal and the A&R guy had remembered that he and I had been in a band in the past, so they asked me to be the guitarist. It was pretty fun and exciting in the beggining, but like all the stories of new, unknown bands and major record labels, it sucked pretty hard in the end. Too bad 'cause....we coulda been somebody! Johnny's still out there plugging away, writing an endless catalogue of great songs and playing with his new version of the band, Dweller.
A first release from my good, old friend Mathew Puckett. We had become acquainted when he was working at a studio that I had been recording in. He asked me to play some lap steel on a song on his CD and I ended up joining his band for awhile. He helped me through some rough waters. I still can't believe he hasn't hit it big!

I went to England with Alison Gordy and her band, along with some of the guys from Hanoi Rocks to make this CD. It's a tribute to Johnny Thunders featuring David Johansen and other members of the New York Dolls as well as the Ramones, Los Lobos and Willy Deville to name a few and ofcourse Alison Gordy and Michael Monroe. We holed up in a great studio in a mansion called Jacobs, outside of London in Farnham. I remember drinking... A LOT, and doing a few other things too. A great experience.

I met my good old friend Alison Gordy about 15 years ago. She was like a sister to me for a while and taught me a lot about music and performing. She sure knew enough about it having been Johnny Thunders back-up singer and side-kick for a bunch of years. She made this record under the name "Blonde and Blue" on her own, but it never got the attention it deserved, although, I still have people ask me for copies of it "cause they wore there's out". I loved playing guitar with her

I met Jody Joseph through my friend and producer Dan Grigsby. He was working on her record and talked her into letting me play on it. I played all sorts of kooky guitars and lap steel. Jody has that classic New Jersey soul. Straight outta Asbury Park! She plays regularly with her band The Average Joe's.
